No Show & Cancellation Policy

At Vhue Skin, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you please respect our time as much as we respect yours, to kindly give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
No Show: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our booking policy allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure that everyone receives the attention and care they deserve.
